Thomas literally worked his booty off! He was running around like a mad man. Literally dripping sweat. He took amazing photos of us at the end. Jiovanni is definitely All-Star in customer service satisfaction. He definitely worked with me on my needs and what I wanted but realistically I found what I needed and he was definitely awesome about the process. And Tom, I believe the general manager here is awesome as well. I was going to go back to Kia which I'm loyal to. However, Honda will always have that great customer service. It's just that type of service. You can't get anywhere else. You have to experience it for you to understand but I appreciate the whole Honda team here in Folsom. Definitely going to be back with my next car!

This dealership has been my trustworthy place to have my car taking care of from oil change to any repairs. I bought my Honda Fit from this place about 12 years ago and had been coming back dully for all of my oil changes. I also had the car repaired when I needed for minor repairs. The customer services were excellent. The waiting area was extremely clean and welcoming. The agents were helpful and very professional.
Even after fifty years of buying vehicles, I dreaded the experience. Meeting Darran Connaway at Folsom Lake Honda on 10 April 2022 changed my outlook. Darran and I bonded almost immediately. He was cordial, informative, and competent. For once, I felt that I was not in an adversarial environment. Knowing exactly which vehicle I wanted facilitated the process, but Darran actively negotiated every possible discount to the asking price. When I departed with my new Ridgeline RTL-E, I felt I had finally had a win-win experience at an auto dealership.
