So glad you asked for feed back.  I was going to send a letter to express my feelings because I was so pleased.  I do not know if all your Service Consultants are as fabulous as Brett Hoskins, but he really was fantastic!!  This was the first time I took my car to a dealer, as I was under the assumption that the dealer will only take advantage of you with higher prices and long waits. I am pleased to know that I was wrong.  Your service department runs like a well oiled machine!  The Gold Standard in auto repair, I'd say.  I'll never go back to my old auto repair shop now that I know about Folsom Lake Honda. I am 110% impressed.  And Brett deserves a raise!
